    1. What are your Check In and Check Out times?

Check in time is between 4.30pm and 7.30 pm and check out time is 11.00am (unless pre-arranged)

    1. Do you have a reduced rate for longer stays?

We offer a reduced rate for two or more nights.  Please contact us for details.

    1. Do you allow children?

We are a family friendly Bed and Breakfast and welcome your children.

    1. Do you have vegetarian options for breakfast?

We are happy catering for vegetarians, please advise us of this and any other dietary requirments you need when booking your stay.

    1. Are there areas we can relax aside from our rooms?

There is a dedicated guest lounge available with comfortable chairs.  You are welcome to relax in the garden where there is a garden patio for guest use.  A piano is available for guest use.

    1. Do you do wake up calls?

We are happy to provide you with morning wake up calls, please advise when arriving at Prospect House.

    1. Do you cater for other meals?

We will provide packed lunches and evening meals on request.  Please advise us on arrival.

    1. Do you have Wifi and/or internet access?

Yes this is available throughout the house and in all the rooms.

    1. Do you provide washing and ironing facilities?

This facility is available inhouse.
