The Lost Gardens of Heligan
The Lost Gardens of Heligan are one of the UK’s most popular botanical gardens.
Located close to St Austell, the gardens at Heligan provide a fun day out for all the family. The gardens themselves completely surround Heligan House and were created by members of the Cornish Tremayne family in the mid-18th century.
The gardens were neglected after the First World War, but were restored to their former glory in the ‘90s.
